Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. We use one or more third-party messaging providers (for example, Twilio) to deliver these messages; such providers process your mobile number solely to deliver the messages on our behalf.
4.1 Mobile Information Sharing Restriction. No mobile information (including your mobile telephone number and SMS opt-in/consent data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We receive limited transaction information (such as confirmation of payment, the last four digits of a card, and billing status) but do not store complete payment-card numbers.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information as follows:
6.1 Service Providers / Subprocessors. We share information with vendors who perform services for us, such as hosting, payment processing (e.g., Stripe), text-message delivery (e.g., Twilio), customer support and messaging (e.g., Intercom), analytics, and email delivery. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us, subject to the restriction in Section 4.1 for mobile information.
6.2 Referral Partners. If you choose to apply for or connect with a Referral Partner (financing, factoring, insurance, fuel cards, compliance/ELD, equipment leasing, or similar), we share the information necessary to facilitate that introduction or application, at your direction. Any relationship you form with a Referral Partner is governed by that partner's own terms and privacy policy. We do not share SMS opt-in or consent data with Referral Partners for marketing.

6.4 Business Transfers. We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
6.5 With Your Consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure performance, and (where applicable) support marketing and retargeting. Depending on your state, certain of this activity may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information under applicable law; see Section 10 for your choices.
9. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
